Please reschedule if any of these pertain to you. * Please try to avoid coffee prior to your appointment. * Use restroom before appointment * It is advised to shower prior to your appointment as you can not get your lashes wet for 24- 48hours. * No extra guest Please come with clean lashes meaning free of : * Oil * Dirt * Crust * Lash glue /makeup * Reframe from moisturizer/oil around the face. Lash extensions will not stick to excess oil/product. Please try to reframe from facials before your appointment time( excess moisturizers applied to the eye area can cause lashes to slip.) Deposit $15 non refundable deposit is required WITHIN 24hours of booking! No deposit will result in your appointment being canceled. Please do not a full payment earlier than this time frame, due to the unexpected cancellations you or I may have. Reschedule If needed to reschedule/cancel please let me know or do so 24-48hours in advance! Rescheduling must be done in this time frame for same deposit to transfer over to your desired time. You must reschedule your appointment to another date within the Same MONTH ! Deposits WILL NOT ROLL OVER INTO THE NEXT MONTH. Unfortunately canceling will result in you losing your deposit (unless I have to cancel). * Less than 24 hours ~ charged 30% * Less than 48 hours~ deposit lost * No call /no show ~ charged 80% Two no call/ no shows will lead you to being banned from booking. All service fees must be able to be retrieve from card on file to book again. If I can not retrieve funds, it must be paid from another method. Or you will not be able to book any future appointments! It is very critical to be on time to your appointment. Please communicate ahead of time if you happen to be running late. There is a 5 min grace period, after 10 mins has maxed your appointment will be canceled (including a no show fee) or charged a late fee of $20. I do not rush so do not rush me! This luxury service requires 2-3 hours or investment. Which includes 15-20 mins prepping your lashes. When booking your service please manage your time accordingly, so I can service you with the proper amount of time needed! Booking Fills Requirements of fills : 45% or more Anything under this requirement will be charged as a full set. The time frame for fill ins are 2-3 weeks ONLY. During fills I will be removing out grown lashes, therefore booking anything after 3 weeks (depending on the condition) may require a full set . You have 72 hours (3 days ) to contact me about extreme fall out or irritation for me to accommodate you. I shall accommodate you within that week, anything later or notified later than this time frame you will be financially responsible to book your required service. ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE! Foreign fills I have extended my services to work on previous lash techs work. However the conditions must apply: * Consultation is required * Work must be neat provided by the previous tech * If work is not neat, I will only be able to provide you a removal service. Extra policy * No extra guest due to limited space * PLEASE BOOK ADD ONS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING DUE TO TIME MANAGEMENT. If you have to modify, please notify me immediately. Depending on the service, I may not be able to add on at appointment time. • If I manually set your appointment (adding in your personal information), you must have card on file through my Square Books. Why this is important? Having a card on file covers me from you canceling last minute. With me adding your information in I will not be able to take your card. Therefore you must either place your card info over the phone or in person to set your appointment. UPCHARGES * Day off (Sun. Or Mon.) ~ $30 * Squeeze in ~ $25 * Before/After hours ~ $30 - Up All appointments on Sunday and Monday unless discussed otherwise will be an additional cost due to those being my days off. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS • If you must cancel your appointment or reschedule, PLEASE DO SO 24 HOURS IN ADVANCED! A 10 minute grace period is applied to all clients, however once that time frame is maxed a $15 dollar late fee is applied to your service. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be applied. No call/ No shows will be banned from booking!
